Cl 7000 second side issue

hi friends.
i do not have much experience in this copier, i work more with sharp copiers.
So, i need your help, because i have a cl 7000 that when i do duplex copy like 2=2 or 1+1=2 mode,
the second side is slightly offset laterally about 0.05 mm, and the result is, in one border make a black line, and in the other border cuts the copy.

i do not know if is a code adjust like in sharp, or another issue.

Go to user tools, copier/document server, edit, then set all the duplex margin settings to '0'
