    [Misc] 201 SPF

    Ricoh Problem - Knowledge Base differs from device.pdf

    Anyone have any suggestions on this?

    I'm a canon/kyocera tech by trade, but trying to help this customer out if I possibly can.

      You should switch on Administrator Authentication. The default login is : Username = admin, password = leave empty. Then you can prohibit people to alter settings (like the adress book).
