Ricoh 470w help!

I can not download Ricoh 470w printer controller plotbase, furthermore, the site www.rspfiles.com to request rsp license can not be accessed anymore.
Anyone please help me to download the plotbase and how to request rsp license?

You can sent the request to local Ricoh service with detailed information (serial numbers of copier and controller board, do not remember to write the letter!)
Note: Ricoh send the rsp license file that compatible only on latest version of Plotbase (3.7.1)
