    Ricoh Aficio 2105 SC732 Error Code

    Hello
    I know very well Ricoh Aficio 2090\2105,but i really i do not what to do this time.
    SC 723 means a problem of HP sensor,motor or finisher mainboard of shift positioning mecanisms.
    I have uploaded a photo to make more clear my problem.

    Shift positioning rollers in finisher paper exit,must move forward and backward to collate paper in finisher tray,but i saw that wasnt happening and give some missfeeds in finisher paper tray exit.I took out the mechanisms and changed motor,which was blocked because it makes some cracks when i rotate by hand.Also i changed sensor of the motor mechanism and put it back again in finisher.The motor also doesnt rotate and i also changed the motor and sensor again but still the same.The mechanism is oiled and move easy when i rotate the motor by hand .
    I tried to rotate the motor in SP mode,but the motor just is locked,but doesnt rotate.After 2-10 minutes with copier swiched on,copier gives a SC626,which means bad comunication between copier and finisher,if i remove the wire of motor,sc 626 dissapear.When i press collate in touchscreen,copier give SC732.I changed the wires of motors and sensors,but nothing new.I dont know what to do,except updating firmware.
    Any suggestion please

              Sure,i am here to try to find a solution for my problem,because i try to help people here when i can.
              Its just normal what i am doing and i am who i am,that's not the question!

              Sandmanmac, i have just a simple question for you?
              Do u know to solve my problem or you are just making the court???!
              If you know what i am talking about,talk it as a copier technician here not try to judge people for things that arent connected with the essence of this forum.

              I really dont want to offend people,but i dont need people who dont know me to judge on me!
              If you wait for people to make a mistake to judge on them,think about your mistakes this week!!!!!

                  But, I would suggest that the reason you've gotten very little help, is that your tone is so insulting, that you've probably been blocked by most techs here, as I now will.
                  And actually, my first mistake this entire week was bothering to get into a pissing contest with you. Dammit! I almost made it to the weekend.

                          Swap trays. The shift mechanism is in the tray. If you can move tray back and forth, the cam pin is broken off. (Usually happens in moving the machine and hitting the upper tray.)
                          In the future when moving the finisher, remove both trays, remove entrance guide plate and transport on it's back with cushion.

                          In the your future posts when you don't get an answer in 3 days, reply to your own thread and message just "BUMP".
                          This will put it back into the newer posts and get noticed by more people.

                              The mechanism(as u see in the picture) is not on the tray,but it is inside the finisher.I swapped the motor and i tested and it seems to be ok.
                              You are talking about left-right moving tray,no thats ok,I am talking about jogging motor.
