Customer wants to forward faxes to an email. I gone and created a user in address book able to scan to email and folder with no problems. Then in user tools I went to fax\ admin tools and then forward turn on and select the user that has email. I get a fax code 14-33 after sending a fax to copier. I have also tried forward to folder and that works fine.

I believe you just need to enter an administrator email address to correct that:
User tools
system settings
File transfer
Admin. email address

...and then turn on Auto Sender...

I like to thank everyone for your help. I found that an my smtp server information was setup to use authentication login and mail server didn't need it. once i turn off email with through. what was weird is scan to email work fine with that setup.
