RICOH SP8100dn ( Before I Memory Clear the printer is normal but now all print Misfeed paper )



RICOH AFICIO 551 ( I did Memory Clear the printer is normal but now all print Misfeed paper ) but this stuck on HOT ROLLER I changed UPPER FUSER ROLLER
now stuck

I have the Service Manual for the both

So you cleared the memory on both? why? That is a last resort. What paper sizes are showing on the display? Did you reinput the non-defaults from the birth certificate. Did you reinput the destination code?

sp8100 error sc329 unfortunately yes I thought it would solve for the both

but now I don;t know how can solve this

Like Jomama Says... You're in trouble.
If you have the manual. You should have noticed and paid attention to the text next to SP5-801 that says clearly in bold text: "Normally, this SP mode should not be used....".

..and why would you do it to both machines? I can only guess it has to do with meters.

1. Reload the non-defaults from the birth certificate or the SMC you ran before you cleared the memory.

2. Run the SP to realign the laser.
