If I recall correctly, you needed a special PCI card that came with a (5 meter?) cable. It also included some software that had to be authenticated before you could print or scan.
As far as copying bigger than 120cm paper? Does your machine have the optional hard disk?
If this has the Ratio controller in it, it takes apropriatary scsi cable and the pc must have the sameinterface card installed. BTW ths card and the controller are marriedtoeach other.
Lot of thanks Friends George and TonirBonb for ur helps , how to know if there is HHD in it!! Or where is it place i saw just Power supply and DC but did not saw any HHD in it ! by the way i have do HHD ----ON but is not print more then 1.20 cm . if any one have RW240 PLOTBASE send to me in my EMAIL EMAIL----- nangrata69@yahoo.fr please i need for it urgently
Downloading PlotBase won't do you any good unless you have the Ratio controller that's licensed for that model copier. There is an activation file that must be downloaded and installed based on the board's serial number. If you don't have a dead board to trade in the cost of a new board is extreme because this is their licensing scheme.
I'm taking a guess at the machine only printing 120cm - if the machine detects the roll has ended it will terminate the job after about this length. You may have a bad ppr end sensor.
If you are implying that when you print PDF's, much of the image is cut off, there is a seperate driver for that. You can lower your print setting to 300dpi, or download the driver that allows 600dpi printing in Adobe.
