RICOH MF3045 cannot install this software.helpppppp

i got one unit RICOH MF3045
but i got this message [ This software already been installed on another machine.Cannot install this software ] keep blinking when i on the machine
anyone facing this same problem ?

What are you trying to install? PS3 supposedly can only be installed on one machine. What card is in the slot?

Extended feature - isn't that for machines with java options? IIRC the A3045 doesn't offer this feature.

Still I'd also say this seems related to the PS3 option. Simply check if a PS3 card is installed, remove it and power the machine on - if the error is gone, the PS3 option is probably faulty.

i dint install any ps3,i only have 1 SD card which is "3045 printer & scanner" inside my slot 1 that so,slot 2 & 3 is empty
any others way to remove this sign ?

Try to print a configuration page out of a machine and see if there is any mentioning about Postscript3 installed. PostScript doesn't allow you to merge itself to any other SD. Instead you can merge other apps into PS.
Seems like your machine is missing something it had before and now every time you boot it up it is "looking" for it but can not find.
Did you try to update a firmware?

ok i haved print all the configuration and i haved read it all and i dint saw anything mention about ps3
i already update the firmware to the latest but it seems the same
i haved replace the SD card with another same SD card also can not
the only way to avoid this message is i remove the SD card from slot 1 then the message will disappear
but i need the printer and scanner

It's strange - have you tried backing up the nv ram data on sd card (still you should print a set of smc lists) and perform a memory all clear?

yes i haved done it with memory clear all and the message still appear
i got 2 unit of 3045 with this same problem
headache.......

What if you replace the DIMM or did you try formatting the Hard Disk ?It might sound stupid if i ask but are you sure about printer/scanner slot?

printer & scanner is slot 1
i dont think DIMM will cause this

Print/Scan will not run in the base memory on this machine - an additional memory DIMM is required. I don't have my manuals within easy reach right now, but I think you need 384Mb.
