[Misc] Aficio 2000 / ISC 2020 Control Panel

Hello

I have an Infotec ISC2020, I think it is the equivalent of a Ricoh Aficio 2000.

Regularly the control panel just does not work, you cannot change any settings on the screen.

You can still use the manual buttons on the side, has anyone had any experience fixing this issue?

fit the new modified touch screen,this is a known issue on these models.

Agreed.
The entire "family' of machines is affected (C2000/C2500/C3000/C3500/C4500). Search the site, you'll find dozens of threads.

Feedback;

I located the part number, swapped it out and calibrated as per the pdf

All working fine now.

I know that there is not much in the way of feedback or thanks
