    SC995-1

    Dear Guys

For export reason, i have to change the serial number for MP6001 for customer own serial number, but when i have access the factory SP mode, i have changed SP 5-811-1 as well as SP 5-811-4 to the customer own Serial number, but after rebooting the machine the machine gave SC995-1, and it says that the serial number is mismatch, but it was mismatch where, as i have change it in both of the SP mode, kindly advice if you have solution,
    Regards
    Feras

The serial # is also recorded in the BCU I think

It may also be that the "customers serial number" needs to be in the same format at the original.

yes, i have tried that, but still no chance,, there is SP 5-811-5 which is showing the orginal serial number and that i can not change it.
