    Ricoh Address book

    Does anyone know how to convert a Ricoh UDF file to a csv? I need to take an address book from an MP5500 and convert it to a csv format or similar file format that can be opened in excel.

      Use 'Smart Device Monitor for Admin' and you can save the address book as csv.

          Is there any other way? I am replacing a Ricoh and do not have access to the Ricoh, just the UTF file.

              Can you drop the UDF back onto another Ricoh (Must have a similar controller version), then recapture using SDMA?
