Ricoh Aficio 2045 locked on add toner screen

hello everyone.Ihave a problem with an aficio 2045e it is locked on add toner. the toner bottle does not turns in normal condition but it turns on output check mode.ANY IDEAS THANK YOU.......

Ignore the touch screen for a minute - Is the Jam light on? If you have a paper jam when the machine is nearly out of toner the machine will go to the add toner screen and never show the jam. It can't recover from the toner end condition because of the jam, and you never see where the jam is.

first detect that toner bottle motor is not weak.then ckeck out toner line from toner hopper to developer unit.step3 check out gears from behind if it's rolling or what matter on it.and do 2801 .warning if machine has another td sensor machine belong to 1045 . toner signal won't disappear .and also right switches causes this problem.

Scroll through the "2xxx" section in SP mode. there should be a "toner end recovery" option (Can't remember the code). excecute this and check the VSP/VSG settings.

Thank all of you guys!!! The problem was in ''bicu board'', i had a same machine in the customer and i tried all the solutions you told me, and when i changed the bicu the machine start working......!!! Thanks again!!!

Be careful - if the front door switches are failing and the machine doesn't detect the door being opened and closed, the problem might reappear the next time the toner ends.
