Ricoh 240w getting to make a print 150" long

I have a customer that needs to be able to print a 24 x 150 inch long drawing. I can not find or figure out a way to do it other than to print in seprate sheets and tape them togther. I would think a roll printer would be able to do that but I have no idea how. the drawing comes in PDF format.

    any help would be GREAT.

    thanks

Is there paper length mentioned on paper Roll Box?

Cant' you set it in printing preferences?is it the correct driver installed there?

            sounds pretty weird though!

I think there's an SP mode that lets you increase the max copy length.

I think it needs a firmware update to unlock the feature!

Right again TCS, from the Product Support Guide....

Max. Original Width: Up to 960mm
Max. Original Length: Default = 3.6m (11.8 ft), no limitation
                  Longer size by enabling SP mode 5958 = 1 [3.6m-6.0m (19.6 ft)] or 2 [3.6m-15.0m (49.2 ft)]

                  Limitation for longer size
                  1) By changing SP mode 5958, maximum input length will be extended to 6.0m or 15m (with 5.11 firmware). However, this SP mode is for extending maximum output length at the same time.
                  2) When printing 3.6 to 15m, the width of paper should be 841mm or larger and also the paper should be regular paper. Regarding 3.6 to 15m printing, when printing on paper smaller than 841mm wide or printing on other than regular paper, it may cause low level of reproduction, skewing etc.
                  3) If you change SP mode at customer site, please explain this limitation to customers. If it is not explained, unnecessary service calls may happen.
