Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.Comment

Really, really. This cs bought the machine and said "there ya go get it ready"
wrong finisher, and thats just the begigning (damn fingers have been in the scotch again)
But you-all know the story, please send me what you got.sigpic

Re: RICOH Pro C550EX And Feiry
I remember trying to do this to a Lanier LD160c and never could get it working right. We finally did get it to print from GW, but it had all kinds of quirks that weren't there on machines that never had the fiery installed. (don't remember what all we had to do to it)
It was an option on that machine but it came to us from the factory setup with a Fiery, and the only reason we wanted to get rid of it was because the customer wanted to scan a lot. Fiery Scan is quite possibly the least elegant solution imaginable...73 DE W5SSJComment
