MPc2800 / 4000 type machines with unusual jamming problems

    Hello,

It's worthy of note that these machines can have some odd jamming issues with the jam locations showing as "At Power On."

This is caused by the door push switches on the side door and on the interchange covers.

There, I feel better about myself now. Or maybe it's being on holiday for the next 2 weeks that's making me smile.

    Ta-daaa!

The Bridge unit cover sensors can also cause a issue theres a firmware update for that though.

The MPC2050 and it's bretherin also use the same switches for their front waste tank and side door, had them give me grief in the past.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Hit it.
