Aficio 2232c pick up rollers, seem too sensitive.

It seems to catch on the first roller "D" and on the first tray the second tray picks up great.
    The sp1-002-1-6 reads at 1mm 1.5 1.8 steps up?
It only happens at warm up, when I get it doing a 100 copies its fine.
I may have to feed the kitty after this one.. How much is cat food again?
    TKS...

Bloody female rollers, obviously. There's a tech bulletin somewhere to replace with male rollers who like football and camping and stuff.

Also seen the gears that drive the P/U roller get snagged where the edge of a tooth gets caught on the flange of the roller. A couple seconds with a flat file to knock the corners off each tooth on both sides of the intermediate gear fixed one of these for me if I remember right - been a while since I seen that on this model, but I also remember the same problem on a MP4500, and I think it's a similar setup.
