    KIR-C2/C2.5 BICU BOARD

    I need to replace an AF2018 BICU board (B1215101) that has been physically damaged. Problem is that the local parts supplier only has the newer K-C2.5 board (B2595101), and it takes months to get stock in from where we are.

    Would anyone know if the two boards are interchangeable. I have had no problems using parts from newer series, even the Parisian on the older K-C machines, but for the BICU I need to be sure.

      Newest part number is B121 5121. With regard to being compatible with a Parisian, I wouldn't think so because of the engine speed and the fact the Parisian can take different options, i.e. a finisher etc so the NVram would have different firmware in it.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
