Just looking for the description of an SP from the manual

I'm helping a fellow tech remotely with an MP 7001, but they're not sure what they're looking at with a specific SP. It's Special SP 5-420. I don't have the manuals in front of me right now. Can anyone tell me what the manual's description of that SP is?

5420 User Authentication
These settings should be done with the System Administrator.
Note: These functions are enabled only after the user access feature has been enabled.

SP 5-420 Enables or disables user authentication per device function. Once user authentication has been enabled in User Tools.

(You may want to use basic authentication, only for copying and document server functions but not for scanning)

These settings are for allowing access to functions when user authentication is enabled in user tools. As an example, I have clients who use windows authentication to log in and scan, but the other functions are not restricted. When the applicable SP is set to '1' the function will not be restricted by the user tools setting.
