SC 533	IH inverter fan error - replace fan motor
SC 533	IH inverter fan error - use SP5-804-209 to check fan

If fan is ok, then it's likely the IOB

The fans can develop a split that allows the motor shaft to spin freely, thereby not driving the fan up to speed. These units can clog up in the IH fan area badly as well.
