2022 jam at B

registration sensor is working fine in input mode. right hand side door push switch is ok. upper side cover push switch is ok. including the flag sensor in the interchange unit. front door switch is ok. fuser has been changed. no paper whatso ever.

Does it jam at power on or when you press copy key?

Check SP 7-504 / 7-507 Which codes are showing?

its showing jam code 001 on screen but iv checked the side door push switch and it works in input mode. cant get rid of message

You have an interlock somewhere that is staying open. Check all of the access doors, sometimes the flag will break off that engages the switch. If you still can't locate it, check all of the interlocks/switches through input checks. You're bound to see one with a '1' instead of '0'.
