RICOH 9001 resetting web count

Greetings all,
I have a Ricoh aficio 9001, I did the PM on the copier and reset the PM counts in User tools, But The message still says replace cleaning web on main copy screen, Is there a reset in diagnostics to clear ? and if so what number is it ?

SP1902-001 set to zero after you replace the web
