    Cannot store setting

    Hi all need help.
    aficio3030 with basic machine, when i go to service mode,make setting for aligment or do side to side adjustment for copying,when set to store and tomorrow when on the power,the setting that i store yesterday became zero. What can cause to this problem? NVRAM? Any idea?
