    urgent,need help for ricoh mp w2400

    hi friends,
    i have ricoh wide format mp w2400, which is always showing reset
    paper tray.

    can any one explain me what is the cause of this problem

          B286/B289 PAPER TRAY CANNOT BE SELECTED Inspect main tray connector - Lower left side of roll feed tray - Connector bracket could be bent
