    Ricoh 1515 MF sc320 and 121 codes

Turn on machine and I get stationary jam code, then sc 121, then sc 320.
Replaced laser, BICU and power supply.
Isolated DF, fax board, HVT and all sensors.
I can turn on all 24v motors through service mode.
I have 5v and 24v out of power supply, but the scanner home position sensor reads 1.2 volts on 5v line.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

Turned out to be 2 BICU boards with same problem.

      What are the odds?

Yep... the same situation here as well.... replaced BICU, Controller. No progress...
When the machine is turned on - Please wait appears for 10sec the Jam indicator turns ON (Open the right cover - and remove the jam, location A), then after sometime approx 10sec SC121 appears...

        waiting for any feedback...

        Thanking you all ....

            Or,
SC121 : clean up the white tape under glass. (Between the original glass and glass of ARDF).

              What is the solution?

I have the same problem, first the jam code-sc121 and sc320.

              Thanks

I changed the Laser Unit and the power supply unit. Now I am checking voltage in the BICU.

                    Check the mirrors.
If you touch the surface with a pen the image makes contact.
If it looks like it is at an angle, then it is backward.

I checked the mirrors. But the SC121 and SC320 continues

it feels like the sc121 comes more often when powering off every evening...
