Perhaps the NIC and on-board USB aren't turned on. You need to look at SP 5985, and see if they are on "0." Put them on "1."

To get into the service modes, Push the yellow Clear Modes button, 1, 0 , 7, and the push and leave down the red Clear / Stop button for five seconds. Then push "Copy SP." Then you can just push the 5, 9, 8, 5, and then the "#" key to check the values. OK / exit your way out.

Is it a new copier? If you've verified that the client's network is working fine then it may be time to consider it a faulty board.

Yes, please provide some further details as to what led to this situation? Did it work before this? What happens when you touch the `printer` button? Is the feature available? Has the Printer SD card been removed? Are there lights on the TCP/IP port when you plug in the cable?

Remove, check and re-seat the controller, also try resetting the the Network card with SP5-801-11 (NCS clear). Also, is the correct subnet-mask set?
