[Misc] fax issues on mp4500

Hello All
i have a customer who has 2x mp4500 ..they both have fax on them and he wants both on the same fax line ????
1) is this possible ??
2) he wants one m/c to receive first and if this is (out of order or after 10 rings) wants the other m/c to receive ??
any help would be appreciated

Sounds like an issue where fax transfer would be a better choice. Having two fax machines on the same line can be done, but it's like having a conversation when two people pick up the same line on one end to answer and try talking at the same time to the caller: nothing really gets done.

For cases like this, I've found that recommending fax to folder, or email, turns out to be a better choice.

was also thinking about changing fax line to a multi line
