What really is the culprit in the duplexer, swap duplexer with another one prob went away,the one in ? has new clear top guides. z4 and 5.

sorry here is more info, the dogear only is noticed on the 2 side before the drum.mostly on the rear side but have seen paper come out a few times with both corners folded. stugling with this issue most of the day.
single side does fine.

Look for paper cuts in the duplex guides that lift up.

There is a tecnical bulletin for this issue, i remember that there is a gear or something to change....

Here is the Bulletin, it's in italian, but you can see the part to change to prevent "Dog Ears"

Is this the fix for the 2nd side duplex dogears? why would this part failure only affect duplex?
