GHOSTING AFTER REPLACEMENT OF FUSER ROLLER AFICIO 2035e

I have replaced 4th time the fuser roller of an AFICIO 2035e for the same problem.
Ghoting appears during copy/print jobs all the time.Swaped heater section and machine become ok but the problem persists with its original heater unit.Tried 4 fuser rollers and 2 pressure rollers simultanously but problem is there.

    Any idea by the seniors?

    Thanks .

Make sure all the lamps are coming on, replace all bushings and bearings on both rollers, check pressure springs/arms and adjust as necessary, clean or replace the thermistors, using OEM toner or after market? Not too much else that can go wrong on those units. Try another brand of fuser roller!
Testing 1-2-3, testing, testing. Is this thing on?

If you're sure its coming from the fuser section.. oil from the lower roller is transfered to the upper roller to prevent ghosting. The lower cleaning roller should also be replaced if its not doing its job. Sometimes after-market rollers arn't oily enough You can measure the distance apart of the images to determine if the shosting is from the fuser or the drum cleaning section. Or even after market toner will have too high a melting point and cause the effect.

Attached is a tech bulletin for this model that addresses offset and the various fixes. Maybe something in here will work for you.
Also, from the Knowledge Base for this model....

        • offsetting from fuser at 125-128mm >B135/38 upgrade to BICU(2.11b) and controller(2.40) firmware and change SPs in readme

        • reduce toner density - refer to B079 TSB 014R (3/26/04) or TSB B135 004 (3/31/04)
        • The G065/B003/B004/B006/B007/B079/B082/B135/B138 machines use hot roller part number AE011115

This number replaces; AE011102 which replaced AE011092 which replaced AE011071.

We are facing same issue in our area but in the smaller models # DSM 627/632 .
used both generic and oem toner and fuser rollers. Not common problem but one or two units out of 10 in field.
