Hello, could anyone confirm that this is either the yellow drum or the yellow dv unit? I am hoping it's the dv unit sonce I just put new drums in a year ago. Thanks
I belive this had to do with the yellow toner being completely empty even though the config page showed it having two squares left. Vacuumed out some spillage and put in a new yellow and no problems so far.
