cant get scanning duplex or sorting back. replaced the hdd but it fails when i format it. do i need to replace both hdd's then do 5846-50 and 5832.

I Believe the HDDs need to be replaced as a set.

Did you try Formating before replacing the one you replaced?

yes i tried the format with the orignal in the machine first it failed then rescheduled for one hdd. i'll try going back with both.

Due to these devices using a unique proprietary RAID format, all HDD's must be replaced at the same time.

Thanks guys, i replaced both hdd's it tripped a 925 and did a 5832-11, all good. Thanks again.
