hi to all, i would like to ask for comments/suggestions. i am looking for a durable DESKTOP b/w ricoh aficio copier/printer. we are currently using the medium range models of ricoh aficio but don't have much idea about the performance of the desktops. they say ricoh aficio mp161 is durable and was even awarded BLI's pick of the year in 2007. any issues about mp161? is mp 171 more durable than mp161? any inputs about what model/s that you can recommend? (durable with less issues-workhorse performance). thank you.

MP161/171/201 are very reliable. Almost no problems, if you stay below 5000 copies/month. -

Have to agree: MP 161/171/201 are really good machines: good on toner (estimate is for 7000 pages a bottle, I've seen some go as many as 11,000), PM yields are reasonable so a tech won't be at your door every week for a new cycle, and with colour scanning you've got an even better value added feature.Comment
