When replacing the print/scan/nic card, does anything have to be set back up with the copier inorder for it to be used for printing and scanning? Or does it have to be set up again for printing and scanning after this is done? Any help appreciated, thank you.

No changes should be necessary, only if you replaced the HDD. In that case your address book would need to be re inputted. Your network settings are stored in NVRAM.
