[Misc] MC4502 ( memory faxing not working)

I am able to fax mannually, however when it comes to memory faxing, it doesn't work. I have downloaded the new firmware, GWFCU but it is still not working. How can I overcome this problem?

My firmware version is GWFCU 3.5, D6435570H. I have changed the FCU PCB.

Hi, I have the same problem as you. So, changing the fcu pcb solved the issue? Update: I have just done the following steps that you said but it is still not working, anymore advice? Thanks

          hello
you might want to try resetting the fax system and see if that gets it working

Very likely the customer is using some form of international budget call box for overseas faxing. I have encountered such a problem in the field whereby after the customer removes the budget box, both the incoming and outgoing faxes work normally. As for the budget box, customer will have to get the vendor in to fine tune the frequency in the budget box to suit the copier's DTMF signal.
