Ricoh MPC 2500 SC202 Black Screen

Hi Guys, i have a problem with Ricoh MPC2500 with WIM i see SC202 but i have black screen and i don't make nothing! I change Laser Unit , BICU, Controller , PSU but the dont go . What can I do? Thanks

Try changing both polygon motor and BICU together. Until it is replaced a bad motor will take out any new board.

hi guys i have change BICU and Laser unit togheter ,and the cable unit laser,the controller board ,the IOB , they haven't black screen but SC202 remains . What can i do? Thank you!

The first one to change is the Polygon Mirror Motor. If you replace the BICU first and switch the machine on with a bad Polygon Mirror Motor, the BICU will be damaged.

Hi, I just had this kind of trouble on a MPC 2000, after replacing BICU and Polygon Motor (at the same time).There was just "Please Wait" on the display...

I just forgot to put the nvram on the new BICU lol, check it if you're as dumb as me hehehe.

Try changing the complete complete panel. Had one of those, just before christmas. Changed the BICU and a brand new laser, but the code still appeared.
