[Error Code] 503 service unavailable using the wims

i keep getting this error when accessing the wim thru i.e.
"503 service unavailable"

any ideas

Try updating the network and websys firmware and also make sure the service is turned on in SP mode.

where is it in sp mode... i cant find it anywhere... or i must be blind...
