MPC4500 SC 553 Intermitant

Completely stuck on this one got a new fuser unit in it and still throws up SC553 at random intervals usually lasts a week or two before throwing up the same sc code when its first powered on in the morning.

Any Ideas?

all firmware is updated and Fuser unit is New.

Ricoh says IOB, PSU or fusing-unit. Had the same problem with a MPC 5000, same sc-code only in the morning. After changing the ih-board the problem was gone.

I can recall this on a few machines, IH board i'm sure solved it. As stated above.

Ive Never Heard of a IH PCB before I assume thats the one Under the fuser fan right?

Had something like this awhile back, Tried boards, new Fuser units etc. kept thinking had it fixed, kept coming back 1-2 weeks later. Ended up been fuser drive giving issue. changed motor, clean drive. problem went away.
