after up nvraram apple pc can"t print; before that can print any suggestion pls!!!!!!!!!!!!

I assume you are talking about a firmware upgrade. Did you update all the firmware files??? if you have only done system and engine and not the printer firmware there maybe a conflict. i strongly recommend you make sure you have updated all firmware patches for this machine (including all peripherals). I assume there is firmware for the postscript board too.

Is the PostScript card seated properly? It's pretty easy when doing firmware to unseat one of the neighbouring SD cards.
