    Firmware levels for MPC 4500

Have a customer trying to run print job using 3 different drawers using Word on Win 7.
It will error out with a system 91 and 92 error.
The document works fine in the shop, so I am thinking firmware on their machine.
It has printer version 1.03 System1.59 engine 1.54:01 NIB 5.11.
    What are the latest levels?
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

91 and 92 are, from memory, to do with invalid paper sizes. Try turning off auto continue and sub paper size in user tools/printer features/system and see whether the machine asks for an unusual paper size or type (such as letterhead.)

I may be telling my granny how to suck eggs (which sounds a bit rude) but have you verified the settings in "Page Setup" in Word?

              Firmware was the fix.
Also had customer use print driver to select trays. Word was causing the conflict.
