MPC 3500 color registration

    MPC 3500 color registration

    I have moved this unit for a customer and now the color registration is way off and when I do a color registration in maintenance mode it fails . Any ideas anyone ?

    SP 2111-3 then SP 2111-1.

    You may have shifted something in the ITB during transport. Also clean the I.D sensors and surrounding area.

            If cleaning the ID sensors does not help, do a forced toner feed, on all colors. If the toner density is too low, the color registration fails, and the colors are out of sync. Fixes is every time

              I think it was a combination of dirty sensors and moving the machine . Thanks

                Never do a forced toner! All it does is mask the problem!
