Dudes, cant work this one out....
I have an MP9001 jamming intermittantly from the RT43 LCT. The jam code is 57 on the SMC report, so I have replaced feed rollers and TQ limiter in the LCT and also the feed motor. Theres nothing else in there apart from the PCB...Also all firmware is up to date.
When it jams - which is very intermittant, can be up to 1500 pages - there is a page in the duplex inverter and also on the registration roller just before the drum. And it logs jam at 57, service manual says lag.
I would have thought that if it jams in the LCT, the pages in the engine (in the inverter and registration) would keep feeding through, so is my problem with the inverter? To test this I fed 2000 pages from T1 with no jams...inverter seems to work fine. I brought the LCT back to my workshop and put it on a test machine with no jams...
Now im unsure if the problem is the LCT or the engine!
Any ideas?
