    How to upgrade Ricoh Plotbase 3.7.1 to 3.7.1sp4?

    How do I upgrade from Ricoh Plotbase 3.7.1 to 3.7.1sp4? My customer switched to autocad 2010, this requires the upgrade. I have the RSP file from Ricoh. I have downloaded 3.7.1sp4 from Ricoh. I have only had to install Plotbase twice. 1 full install and 1 upgrade. I need a refresher. If anyone would give me some directions I would be very grateful. Thank you.

      Backup ALL your .RSP files! (put them in safe place as it's a real shit getting replacements now).

      Then it should just be a case of un-installing v3.7.1 restarting the PC, then installing v3.7.1 SP4.

      Then add .RSP file(s) back via the license manager.

          Yes, that is exactly correct.

          Watch those RSP files and make 100 backups if you feel you need to. The chances are pretty much zero of getting them replaced!

              Thanks Guys,
              Getting the RSP file from Ricoh was no problem. I just called Ricoh tech support, they needed the serial from license manager and emailed the RSP to me. The uninstall and install sounds right to me. I think that's the part I wasn't sure about. I was thinking upgrade not clean install.
