Went to user tools System Settings but no file transfer tab....could not find it in scan settings either....anyone know where to find Auto Specify sender in this model?

Scanner settings then send settings.
Make sure to program admin's email address under file transfer.Why do they call it common sense?

Went back and checked the File Transfer tab is missing and the manual button on email that allows you to manually enter the senders name is greyed out.....Comment

Make sure Sender box in address book is check marked.Why do they call it common sense?
