    Never setup this particular model, but I'm sure it's the same as every single other Ricoh box: Under system settings / File transfer, program the "administrator email", and turn ON "auto specify sender name"

  • AFICIO MP C305SPF Scan to Email issue

    Hello everyone

    We have just delivered a MP C305SPF to one of our clients and their IT tech has installed the machine on their network but when they Scan to email they are prompted to register senders name. The did register the senders name but the machine will not send. Here is a photo of the displayed.
