MP2352 HDD Encryption Failed

Hi

I am trying to enable HDD Encryption on a MP2353 (SP 5-878-2). When i hit Execute i get a "Failed" message.

Any ideas????

you must be loged into user tools as admin no password, then you will be able to start hhd encryption under admin tools
