after changing out the black toner motor the day before we started getting sc 360 any clues.

The error is Black TD sensor.
Check toner supply (can be done in 5-804 output) make sure Toner is getting through.
Try a new K PCU (dev unit included).
Check to make sure you have the Toner motor installed properly, no crimped wires etc...
Why did you have to change the Toner motor to begin with? -

the machine was not adding black toner. after we changed the motor it added toner and started to work.Comment

If blk dev unit doesn't fix problem could be I'd sensors are dirty or on transfer assy top roller bar is dull and needs to be buff or replaced or transfer belt is worn. I'd sensors shine through transfer belt on to bar and then back. I would try blk dev unit first.Comment
