[Error Code] Panel Display screen dont switch on only Button light on

Hi

I have a problem with a ricoh mpc2000 for a client, the screen dont light on only button at right & left that light on. I check on the web monitor for what serviced code, the sc was sc202. I check on the manual Tech its say that need to replace BICU,Touch panel or Polygon mirror. I Have same machine in my workshop that was good. i interchanged the parts from workshop to client machine. the problem still occurs panel always off,only button light on. What to do?

Change the LCDC PWB.

Did you change the bicu first? because
You need to change polygon and bicu ..the polygon motor takes out the bicu ...and anyother bicu until you change the polygon motor..

First you have to change the polygon motor before you change the BICU board. Because your polygon motor is faulty in the first place. So you must change the polygon motor first if not your BICU board will blow out again.

include the Power Supply, checked if there is 24 V and 12 V.

Yep, same issue and ricoh said bulliten to change polygon mirror motor and bicu, bugger
