I cant find anything very specific for this code . The subsystem firmware is up to D which is the latest. Any ideas expect for Controller replacement? Won't reset.

Format the hard drive. up date all firmware. If that does not work replace the HDD. The manual can aim you in the wrong direction.
Very rare its the controller
