[Jamming] Document feeding stalled (MP 2852)

The machine is working fine in platen but failed to scan using the document feeder. The paper stops before the document glass and the machine hangs. The main motor keeps on running and the display shows processing/printing. The machine is just a basic copier. We can rule out the document feeder, controller board and BICU because all of them are tested and are working fine. Any ideas?

Problem solved!The culprit was the two flat cable connecting the IPU and BICU. After reseating those two cables, the machine works fine both in document feeder and platen and no SC-142 appears on the display.Cheers!!
