[Error Code] RICOH MP C3500 - E32 when Updating Firmware

Hi

Have a MPC4500 displaying E32 error after ADF firmware update. I managed to update Engine and System successfully, but when trying to upate the ADF, the error message appeared. Tried with different SD cards as I thought the one I had was damaged but the message remains. Every time I boot the machine, with or without the firmware card, the message appears.

How do I recover the machine from this error? Is there any way to do a "forced" reboot?

From the service manual:



I'd try loading a different version of the ADF firmware, or downloading the same one again.

Hard to say what what caused it, but maybe that particular firmware is corrupted or possibly, an interruption during the update (are all network, fax cables disconnected ?)
Anyway...to reset it, reboot the machine, and when the error appears do this:
Clear modes, 1,4,3 ,clear/stop, clear/stop, clear/stop, reboot
