My copier is coming off the edge only when someone copies the verse anyone know how I can solve this.

You can solve it, pull out the duplex tray and look in the copier for a piece of paper just in the front corner
where it enters registration area after duplex path...

If you mean the image is shifting off one edge of the paper on the second side (?) turn off the duplex margin shift in user tools / copy ducument server / edit... clear any "5mm" margin to zero. This will place the image on the copy in the same position as the original.

Check what error code have is SP MODE!

If you mean the image is shifting off one edge of the paper on the second side (?) turn off the duplex margin shift in user tools / copy ducument server / edit... clear any "5mm" margin to zero. This will place the image on the copy in the same position as the original.
